An engineer's way of building.
Moustafa trained as a mechanical engineer. It shaped everything that followed: understand the system, remove what is unnecessary, make what remains reliable. He applies it to companies the way others apply it to engines.
The group began with software for small businesses. It has grown towards the sectors he knows best: cars, mobility and the industry behind them. A family food brand sits beside them, because a good group is built around a family, not around a balance sheet.
He does the work in the open. On his YouTube channel he shares the routines, the decisions, the unfinished projects and the questions he has not answered yet. No polish. No performance. Just the work.
